1. Tell Us About Your Vehicle

Begin with your name, phone number, preferred contact method, and the basics: VIN, year, make, model, approximate mileage, location, and overall condition. VIN is required to submit your vehicle. Photos and additional details are optional initially. Providing them can help reduce follow-up questions.

2. Receive Your Offer

Campbell Company will review the information and contact you about any questions or additional details needed. If we’re able to make an offer, we’ll explain it and any conditions so you can decide whether to proceed. Submitting a vehicle does not guarantee an offer.

3. Complete the Sale

If you accept an offer, we’ll coordinate the required documents and vehicle handover with you. Verification, payment, and any necessary appointment arrangements will be explained before you proceed. A submission alone is not a purchase agreement.

We start with the information you provide online and communicate using your preferred contact method. Any necessary in-person step will be discussed rather than assumed.
