CAMPBELL COMPANY
Frequently Asked Questions
A few useful answers before you get started.
What information do I need to start?
Your name, phone number, preferred contact method, and your vehicle’s VIN, year, make, model, approximate mileage, location, and overall condition. You’ll also need to consent to being contacted about your submission.
Do I need the VIN and photos right away?
Your VIN is required when you submit the form so we can identify and review the vehicle. Photos and additional details are optional initially; we may request them before making an offer.
What photos are helpful?
Clear photos of the front, rear, both sides, interior, dashboard and odometer, and any damage. Please avoid including personal documents, people, or unrelated personal information in the images.
Does submitting my vehicle guarantee an offer?
No. Campbell Company will review the information and contact you about next steps. Submitting the form does not guarantee an offer or create a purchase agreement.
Will I need an appointment?
The process starts online. We’ll keep communication remote wherever practical and explain any verification or in-person requirements before you proceed.
What vehicles do you purchase?
We consider operable vehicles with unbranded titles. We do not purchase vehicles with branded or salvage titles, inoperable vehicles, or vehicles with a major wreck history. Please disclose any accident history and known issues.
How will I be contacted?
Choose call, text, or email on the form. A phone number is required; an email address is required if email is your preferred contact method.
How are payment and vehicle handover arranged?
If an offer is accepted, the specific payment, documentation, and handover arrangements will be discussed before the sale proceeds.
Can I sell a vehicle with an existing loan?
Let us know about any outstanding loan or lien. We’ll review the payoff and title requirements with you before confirming whether the purchase can proceed.
